Daniel is an actor, writer, and director living in Los Angeles, CA.
He performs improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater on Monday nights with his Harold team, Mister Town City and on independent stages throughout L.A. with teams such as McQueen, Lando, The Cabinet, and Tiger Beat.
His comedy videos, have been featured on Funny Or Die, College Humor, The Huffington Post, and Gawker. In 2010, a video of him yelling in his underwear made him a minor celebrity in South Korea, where he appeared on the radio, the front page of Yahoo, and on network television. His acclaimed web series Dear Son is not a true story (he’s expecting a daughter not a son).
He has appeared in Don’t Trust the B— in Apt. 23 (ABC), Wedding Band (TBS); the upcoming features InAPPropriate Comedy and It’s Not You, It’s Me; and in commercials for Progressive, Virgin America, Capcom, and Samsung.
With his production company Torque Interactive Media, Daniel directs educational films, animations, and interactive media for clients such as The Gap, Old Navy, The American Red Cross, and United Way. He has also developed online resources that teach conflict resolution and communication skills for couples, available at poweroftwomarriage.com.
Daniel holds a B.A. in Theater and in English from Yale University. He lives in Silverlake with his beautiful wife Katie.
